Power, Defense, Penetration, Deflection ... Formula? [GWF]

Hello guys,
I'm quite new to the game but i took few screenshots yesterday of night of my GWF to check the combat statistics. I think that the formula that determines the % of damage, damage reduction, penetration and deflection is the same for power, defense, penetration and deflection.

Let me explain: 100 power should give the same % of damage that 100 points of defense give to damage reduction.

Is there someone that already knows how the percentages are determined from the relevant stat or we should deepen the matter with some data?

Best Regards,
Reth.

    Dont know the formulas as it is effected by level.
    But power is +1 to damage per X points of power. IE 100 power =+1 damage

    I've started a stat weighting thread over here. Quickly starting a CW, 157 power gives 6.3% additional damage while 1150 power on my l30 GWF gives 46%.

    Some quick math shows that 1150 is 46% of 2500 and that 157(.5) is 6.3% of 2500. So the basic formula for working out additional damage as a percentage is p / 2500 where p is your current power rating.

    are you serious? thats a pretty terrible modifier.

    that means that 120 power enchants add 1.2 damage to perhaps (at my level) a 500 base weapon damage. thats not even relevant. why not put tenebrous enchants in all offensive slots? your getting a lot more

    Actually;
    120/2500 = 4.8%
    4.8% of 500 = 24
    Total output = 524

    Level does not directly affect the formula.

    120 is the strongest non-epic power enchant you can get, so you won't see it until late in the game unless you buy it one way or another;
    vX3gFzk.png

    Here are the power improvements per level of enchantment;
    1. 20 (0.8% bonus)
    2. 40 (1.6% bonus)
    3. 65 (2.6% bonus)
    4. 90 (3.6% bonus)
    5. 120 (4.8% bonus)

    If you want the percentage bonus as an actual percentage (4.8 instead of 0.048), change the formula to p / 25.

    anyone know what tenebrous enchants do? ive been trying to get an answer in game in zone chat and on these forums but to no avail.

    depending on the proc rate it could be WAY worse than a simple power enchant, or WAY better. it IS an epic and the most common one right now - someone should know something about it

    Very nice, looks like correct...

    I got a screenshot with 18 deflection: if we go with constants divisors roue then...
    18/4500=0,4% which is exactly the amount of the deflection % I had in my character sheet.

    These findings would be great to collect and put on the wiki.
