Billing System Bug, Multiple Bans

I encountered a bug that made my character unplayable after purchasing a founder's pack and some Zen. After no response for days from the company I opened a dispute with Paypal in order to resolve the issue. Perfect World promptly banned me for the dispute and said I would remain banned while there were open disputes.

So I dropped the dispute and was unbanned. But the next day I was banned again automatically by the billing system. Again I was unbanned. Then this morning I was banned again by the system. I had to contact them once more to get unbanned again.

The billing system seems to want to ban me every morning. With the weekend coming up, will I be banned again and this time for the whole weekend? I know Perfect World takes the weekend off so nobody will be there to unban me.

This is ridiculous.

Banned again, 4th time. Now it's the weekend and nobody will be there to unban me till Monday. Great customer service. I should have stuck with the disputes. A warning to others, stick with your disputes, don't drop them or you'll be screwed like I am.

Yay, unbanned after sitting out another day. This is just plain ****ing ridiculous. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and I'm headed to small claims court. **** you PWE/Cryptic.

Open dispute with Paypal ? or if you paid with something like VISA, that's a possibility aswell.

Heh, I told PWE I wanted my money back cause they keep banning me and I can't play and if they don't give it to me I'll take them to small claims court. They said:

"Due to the legal actions you have mentioned in this ticket, we are no longer able to proceed in addressing this issue with you. If you decide that you are no longer pursuing legal matters, please let us know so we may continue with your ticket. "

So they're gonna let me stay banned when their bugged billing system bans me in the morning. Great. ****ers.
