Simply put if they did this
A. players wouldent be to upset about time spend (items can always be upgraded and refarmed, and its way better then leveling same content to 60 again?)
B. economy would be fixed?
C. keep most of ure playerbase and make a statement with this action about the future of ure game.
(D.) create a new cat pet with alternative skin and a heroic title "i got wiped" and give it freely to all acounts not involved in the exploit, and a free reset token (and people wil look foreward to the next wipe x-D)
The cat would be carried alongside ure hero as a sign of endurance and a faithfull reminder of perseverence <.o, people would talk about this wipe for a long time looking at there unique cat pet in a positive experience rather then a negative one
)
(farming can be done endlesly, but a pet like this as a sign of good faith to ure playerbase would go a long way to ease the crowd, and it might end up drawing people into the game who havent spend money already)
E. obviuesly, keep fixing balance issues and other exploit's, for the love of god disable tossing mobs of cliffs so fighters get a shot at dungeons and are a necesity in endgame content <.o
My 2 cat's (i can buy 10 cats with 2 coppers now, this was cheaper x-D )

Also i propose a refund for all players who invested real money (like ureself) so u could just rebuy what u bought already in a fresh economy.
Ontop of that i propose a new vanity item, only awarded to players who did not exploit, and endured the wipe. This would go a long way to ease the masses, and if people see this kind of commitment from the developers more people might be tempted to throw in more cash and sustain this game.
I totaly understand ure distres and a full wipe would do more harm then good, but a "targeted wipe" would be very effective, keep the loyal playerbase in check, and send out a signal to the entire community that things like this wil not go unhandled...
I understand ure need for a wipe, any logical person would, but a targeted wipe would save a lot of the playerbase who wont level up characters again and would leave the game instantly upon wipe.
I apologize for my bad english upfront sir.
Here here.
Consider the paying customer. These people will be hurt the hardest is a wipe isn't undertaken. Why? Because of the significant devaluation of their real-life money spent.
With the market flooded with 'fake' currency, the inflation devalues their real-life investment.
Secondly, consider gold/currency sellers. These are the true 'ruiners' of game economies. These are the people who will feel the biggest kick in the nuts in a server wipe, one that will presumably have real-life repercussions. Their accumulated wealth and that of their exploiting 'sellers'... Gone!
Wipe this mess
The only ones who would be really hurt by having items taken away even if they refund zen spent are people who got lucky with lockboxes.
A full wipe where i gotta relevel i will take a long break and return in 6 months time
i promote a wipe, just not a complete one. Do u think players without a lot of time wil gladly level another toon to 60 in the same content? no they wil leave if this happens, taking there money elsewhere.
On the other hand if u DONT wipe, u lose a lot of loyal playerbase aswell.
Best solution = a targeted wipe at gear/ad/zen while keeping player char levels/foundry content intact.
Im just editing this to state the following
While some people have plenty of time and do not mind leveling up toons, others have to work, have responsebility's etc, for them losing all of there progresion (consider maybe 1 char lvl 60 in 2/3 weeks) is really hard and would shut them of this game completely, my proposition would keep almost the entire playerbase happy and exploit free i think.
I F before that they
a.) fix A L L exploits ! Like one with sharing quests! people leveled to lv 60 in less then HOUR !!!!
b.) Ban all exploiters ...
At least give people level appropriate greens!
I think this is a very good compromise. Also, echoing an earlier post, I would go one step further and give everyone a standard set of items (green or blue[may make people happier]) with item levels equal to the highest available for that character. (Shouldn't be very hard considering the item system in place)
and thats why i suggested giving people enough tokens to buy some green gear to replace missing gear, so they can start running dungeons again.
I would stop playing and Im sure many others would too if all my hours spent doing dungeon delves and farming my t2 set was wasted....I don't want to farm all the same dungeons like I have been doing recently, I want to do the content I've been gearing and getting ready for. I have spent alot of time to accumulate my current gear and status in game.
