Transferring Items to Different Characters

Why can you not transfer ANY level of item to another of your characters? I bought a Horse with Zen and wanted to be able to use it on another of my characters but i cant send it across. I can't afford to buy a horse for each account i make and i want to delete the account that my horse is on but that would mean losing the horse and the items i have on that account. To me this seems crazy, ive spent

    When you try to equip the horse you get a message saying it's going to be char bound, and you have to click OK.
    Guess what? You clicked OK and now it's char bound.

    You should spend your ZEN buying character slots.

    yes, which is a stupid idea, they just want you to spend money, i know its a FTP game but seriously why bind it to one character it should be account bound not character bound they will still make plenty money on AD and Zen.

    You can transfer most *everything* by mail. If you send it to @accountname then delete the character, you can pick it up on the new one. Of course, bound items do not work. That is what bound means. This is common across almost all mmos -- this one actually is more lax than most about letting you transfer quality items.

    I thought they made mounts character wide recently.. at least the armored bear is.. I haven't tried it myself. Try looking in the Zen store to see if the horse is free for your alt, or try the claims near the hall of justice (not the one with superman).
