Is anyone else experiencing an extreme performance loss with this most recent patch? I was running this game perfectly at 60 fps with no hiccups until today. I am now down to 10fps no matter where I go, in windowed or full screen.

Edit: specs
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 16362MB RAM

    I'm having the same experience.

    I also had no problem playing @ 60fps before the patch, but every time I'm near a camp fire I get 2fps now.

    Probably my own fault playing the game with WINE(1.5.30)

    * OS: Linux 3.9.2-030902-generic x86_64
    * CPU: 8 x Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (GenuineIntel)
    * RAM: Physical: 8.0GB
    * VGA: NVIDIA Corporation GK110 [GeForce GTX Titan]

    I have confirmed this is not just isolated to camp fires for my computer. no matter where I go, the FPS is extremely low. The game is, as of now, unplayable on my computer. this did not start until the most recent patch.

    If your running the game in Windows7 look so your not running it in compability mode for windows xp service pack 1-2-3.
    with the checked in i go from no lag what so ever to like 5 fps, and im on a really powerfull gaming computer, so look so its not checked in for you.

    I use the NVIDIA control panel to manually select my NVIDIA processor when running certain programs (Neverwinter and other MMOs of course), otherwise sometimes it automatically runs on the integrated one which causes all kinds of bad shenanigans in-game. Have you tried looking into that yet?

    Exact same problem use to get 60FPS now dropping down to 10-15FPS. Game is pretty much unplayable for me at the moment.
