Dazling Blades Feat needs a buff?

almost non existant, its wasted points there. it needs a buff to atleast 8-10%

    5% actually procs quite a lot if you're using Duelist's Fury. We'd be too OP if our encounter cooldowns were shaved off at double the speed of the current one.

    We also have a set that allows us to shave off 1 second from our cooldowns for every 4th at will strike we have. Currently not working for Duelist's Fury IIRC, but when used with Sly Flourish that's like getting a set 25% chance of lowering our cooldowns. That's powerful enough. :\ Hopefully it can be fixed for Duelist's Fury as well.

    Wow, no rogues do not need a buff anywhere gtfo.
