Which is the best set for PvE?

Master Assassin's or Swashbuckling Captain's or Sinister Shade?

Master Duelist's is the best by a long margin. But only once they fix it to work with Duelist's Flurry. Swashbuckling would probably be the second best, or current best if you accept that the previous set mentioned has a pretty big bug.

Master Duelist is the best in my opinion, and will be better once they get it to work with Duelist's Fury. Master Assassin is also quite decent to be honest.

Isn't Master Duelist's a T1 set? How much better would you say Swash is over Master Assassin's? Is it worth spending the extra few million AD on?

Swash > all hands down. 25% Proc rate already says enough.
Common sense is hard to come by around here it seems..

    Swash is easily best.

Master Assassin gives you 1350 power after using a daily, Swash gives you 1013 power and recovery with approximately 100% uptime. Any sane person would say Swash > Master Assassin.

Sinister gives you 1013 recovery with approximately 100% uptime, well so does swash, but swash also gives power...

Aside from the set bonuses, i find myself leaning more towards the sinister as i view deflection>life steal. Hands down swashbuckling, got the best 4 piece set bonus, so in the end for me it comes down to which is the best for both pvp and pve content as i dont wanna be switching through gear for dungeons and domination(and future pvp instances).

Deflection gives very little gain for the rating investment and is quite unreliable. Life Steal can be more useful as it scales with damage and having 7-8% on all your damage can heal for quite a bit.

Either way, Swashbuckling is vastly superior since it has double the stats on a 100% up-time.

currently around 7.6% life steal and the only time i've noticed any use of this stat in pvp was a lucky 32k crit on SE when i had very low health. Have never stacked deflection in my NW life so i dont know how well it scales with decent amounts of it. On paper, it just looks really nice compared to life steal in pvp situations.
