I got a question. Is it possible to make it so the minimap doesn't show the map? Trying to make a map with secret doors but since the minimap reveals them, there doesn't seem to be much point.
Also, is it possible to make those awesome vanishing walls as seen in the Cragmire Crypts?
It is my friend, every object has an option to appear and disappear at a certain point. Objects that aren't visible don't show up on the mini map. The only exception to this are story objects that can't be hidden until their objective has been reached.

Thanks, I didn't realize that. But is there a way to set said visibility for a room as it is possible to do so for an object?

Can you clarify your question, please? I believe you are asking if it is possible to trigger visibility upon entering a room. To do this (as far as I know, it's the only way), you would have to have an objective that is based on reaching a point. You control the text for the quest/update when reached, and can turn the waypoint off. This might help you establish what you are trying to do.
Make the reaching point objective seem unrelated to the door you are trying to show/hide. So long as the door is not linked to a future-tense objective, you should have no issue. If I understand correctly, non-openable doors will not show on the mini-map as they are regarded as decoration. Use a non-openable door and then trigger it to disappear when the desired event has occurred. You can also then add a real door that shows up when its objective is in play, and simply swap the dummy for the real door. However, this goes back to your initial problem of having said door show up on map.
Consider using a "sliding column" or some other type of creative door method. By "sliding column," I mean that you set a column in one spot and have it move to reveal access to your door point.

To clarify: In one mission in Rothe Valley, you walk through some cave passages underneath a house, and there, only the map section you are walking thru at the moment shows in the minimap. As for the walking to a set point and triggering a secret wall to reveal a door, already done it in a test map Also have experimented with wall components intersecting a T giving the impression of a dead-end with creative lighting
