Locking up and freezing my PC

The game keeps locking up and freezing, i have the same issue with STO lately and it seems to be happening here too, only difference is STO graphics flicker black a lot and here the graphics are fine it just locks up sometimes in loading screens or just because it feel like it, and i have to restart my whole PC.
Im running an Nvida 580GTX
AMD 8core 4.0 -4.5
8GB's of ram
1000watt PSU
so i have plenty of computer to run the game. Need any extra info let me know what to do and ill do it, love this game and would like to keep playing it.

I had 3 lock-ups within the last few hours, harrrr.
I tried adjusting the video settings, but the scarrvy
client did it again, HARrrr!
I'll update ya' here if I find a fix.
