[Bug] Lost all items in mail

I just tried to send myself some items in the mail, I have sent some before and it has worked.
I tried to do the same today and lost all my items, it was PvP gear that I saved up for on another
character. And now I lost all of it :S

Is there a way to get the mail? or at least get some kind of refund on my items?
This bug/glitch is really frustrating and unfair.

    I have the same issue. I sent several items from my main to my alts and it never got there. I hope there is a way to get this stuff back.

    I opened a ticket for this 6 days ago, still nothing.

    i had the same issue but with ad from the auction house. sold a few high priced items but never got the astral diamonds. opened a ticket 8 days ago and still no reply
