Client doesn't recognize video card

Checking the video settings I noticed in the troubleshooting part, the game isn't recognizing my GTX 670MX. It is showing that I am using the Intel Graphics video card. Anyone having the same issues? Also anyone know how I can resolve?

    Right click on your desktop
    Select 'Nvidia Control Panel'
    Under '3D Settings' Select 'Manage 3D Settings'
    Click the 'Program Settings' Tab
    Click the 'Add' Button
    Browse and locate 'GameClient.exe' located in your 'Cryptic Studios\Neverwinter\Live' folder
    Click 'Open'
    Adjust settings to match the performance of your card
    Apply settings and enjoy the game. :)

    i did that too, but the game keep showing the intel graphics D:
