Where is the Haka Dance?

I doubt that I have to login to GW2 onto Charr to see it. Where is it on NWO? Give Haka to Halflings!

    Not nearly annoying enough.

    If you are going for annoyance factor. They would need to add the Harlem Shake or the Gangnam Dance.
