I tried to look at prices on the ah and figure this out but its just confusing.

No but im starting to get into 60% chance

100% chance to gain the next rank. 1000z or w/e on the AH or how many you get from celestial boxes each week.
a failed attempt will not sacrifice a enchant/rune. 10 wards for 100z or w/e on the AH.
the enhancements have a 1% chance to fuse, always. so you'll wanna use the 100% chance ward.
Open the Launcher. Click Options near the top. Check Disable on-demand patching. This will download another couple of gigs.
