1) The system that picks players in que for dungeons. (last group I got put with was 3 TRs, GWF and a cleric, which was me)
2) This "need two clerics" for a group to stack Astral Shield is getting really silly now. I can't find a group with a GF anymore.
3) Adding more NPCs to a boss battle does make the dungeons harder, however does not make the game better. Add more mechanics to a boss battle to make them more exciting and less trashy.
4) YEN store prices are way to high. While I understand you can trade Astral Diamonds for YEN and the price ratio is leveling out a bit. It doesn't change the fact that a companion costs $20... Come on...
That's basically it in a nutshell. I'm curious to see what other people's dislikes are.
Being that it's still a young game, I can put up with most problems, except the lack of response from Devs about problems. If they were to simply be as active here as they are with their Facebook account, even just to say "we're looking at the problem now, a fix should take a week or so", it'd put to rest so much of the negativity here.
This is what LOTRO Devs do to this day, and why I left that game. They keep pumping out fluff while there are problems that an overwhelming majority of players are asking to be fixed. Not only does the problem not get fixed, but the Devs stay silent about the issue.
Lack of variety in character devolopment and available classes. Thankfully this is likely to change soon.
Is there something in the works that I didn't read about here?

Not being able to interrupt your own spells/skills. That's a major for me, since I like to dodge high dmg skills from mobs. Having to watch 1 more sword swing while the boss readies a massive <something> is really frustrating.
Character development and mechanics are simply boring for me. Development is too linear and has not enough effect on how characters play. Game is too easy, these go hand in hand. 90% of my gameplay is 2nd mouse button, dont even need the others, because difficulty is a joke so far.
Mechanics make this even more tedious. It's not even possible to play you character properly. Too often you are stuck in animations or you character decides to move on attacks you do. Animations sometimes don't fire.
Bosses start attacks and then still can turn instantly, so you cannot avoid the attack. At the same time, block checks for certain attacks are sometimes at weird times and attacks still go through even if block is up.
All together combat doesn't feel hands on.
The game wants to be somewhat more action orientated I feel, like Vindictus or such, but so far it lacks the mechanics to make that work. It wants to pair this with deeper character development, but thats only there on paper.

Kind interested in this too, is there something in the making?

I hear that Sharpyscs. It really sucks when I cast, say, Bastion of Health and then get slapped in the face by a charge from... a Deathpledged then charged by another then another... It's silly
