To slow download of new instances (in-game)

I'm not sure if this is a bug,but it is starting to be seriously annoying.Every time a new instance and when i join it the loading screen keeps loading forever,there is almost no download speed and if by some miracle the instance gets loaded i'm usually kicked from the party because i was inactive for to long.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?

    The dev's are purposely ignoring the situation... Have fun playing this garbage game now

    Have the same issue so annoying.. 10% playtime 90% waiting for 1 patch file to download...

    Check the "disable on-demand patching" box in the Launcher options, problem fixed
    @Powerblast in game
