  Go to the Launcher click options up on the top. Click to disable on demand patching. You'll download the full game rather than trying to stream new maps.

  I had that happen yesterday, though it seems to be fixed now?

  Welcome to every game PWE has ever published. Don't expect it to get a whole lot better, at least not until population drops to numbers their piddly servers can handle.
