is rhix bugged

just did my 3 skirmishes for the daily says 3/3 but cant turn them in

    Had this happen to me, for me it appears that if you level to the next skirmish dungeon ext you can't turn in the previous one if it's completed.

    I was 50 at start and after all 3 was 51

    Had this happen to me at that bracket. Did a 4th one and it let me turn it in.

    I did it the 4th time and the quest just disappeared checked with rhix and he still doesn't skirmishes at all when I talk to him

    This has been happening to me for a week. I've deleted the quest, picked it up again, run my 3 skirmishes, and still can't turn it in.
