Helm's Hold

I finally completed all of my quests in the graveyard and when I reported back to Sergeant Knox, he had quests to introduce me to both Helm's Hold (L31) and Ebon Downs (L35). Seeing as I'm level 34, I was considering skipping the entire Helm's Hold zone, but I was wondering if there are any important items you get from chests there.

    There were like 20 views & no replies?
    Nobody remembers if there are any good rewards in Helm's Hold?

    I don't remember "good rewards," I just remember I had fun questing in Helm's Hold.

    Well, I think it'll be less fun for me, as I'm already overlevelled for the zone and all the loot I'll be getting will already be worthless for me. I'm just wondering if I'm not missing out on like a profession pack or a bag or something

    I think you get a nice blue necklace (with a cape) from a boss in the last mission in there.
