[Gateway] Lost 350k Astral Diamonds after overbidding

So first of all I allready sent a bug report in game and contacted the GM but didn't get a response yet.
I just wanted to let you know about this major bug:

Yesterday, I was bidding on 2 auctions with the same ending time (11:35 AM, CEST) and equal items (Master Assassin's Ornate Dagger) and won one of them.
Since i got overbidden quite a few times, I just spamed my AD assuming that i will get them back via mail after the auction is finished ...

In sum, I spent around 500k AD + 87k for the dagger (quite a "bargain"...) but only was refunded twice with 82k AD each. I started bidding with 750k AD and after the I checked my mail I had something around 300k. So there still are at least 350k AD missing. I hope you can check the exact amount in your logfiles.

It is possible due to lag from gateway that I overbid myself (if that is possible, dont know for sure) but I assume there were some other bidders for these auctions.

So please fix this and send me a refund, I am really pissed right now...

    I had this same issue just happen to me about 30 minutes ago. I made a thread as well in this forum. Gonna lose this money I'm sure.

    Mine was in game and not on Gateway.

    With all these auctions starting at 1 AD, I can not believe that nobody else noticed this issue so far...
    We need more feedback / pushes so that (hopefully) any dev reads this.

    Maybe somebody could change the headline from [Gateway] to [Auction House] or [AD SCAM] or [...], because i assumed this only occurs to gateway auctions...

    Similar bug happened to me today. I won 2 freaking auction. Mail states I won but no items attached 220k AD lost. 1 mail under these 2 "someone outbid you" no ad returned....another 150k AD wtf is that??!! I paid 200 bucks to get founder's pack and now i see I've made the biggest mistake in my life. This game apart of graphics is one big piece of HAMSTER. Just wasted my hard earned money. Jesus Christ this drives me crazy. More and more ****ty MMo coming out. What's wrong with game industry nowadays?

    I've won a few auctions too, but no item, or worse, outbid after auction closing. I even went to the trouble of taking screenshots a minute after closing to show I won, and a screenshot of my mailbox. Submitted a few tickets offering to show the defect (unsure why I wasted my time, I never get more than the auto-reply...ever). The AH must be severely bugged... it's more than the gateway, that's for sure. Could I suggest renaming the game to 'Neverwinter Nightmare' until this and the other numerous major bugs can be addressed?
