Cosmetic fixes: Typos and broken Achievements

Hey there!
First of all, a nice introduction: I love the game so far. Sure, there are bugs and other things, but there always will be, as pointed out many times before. A community makes a game worthwhile in my humble opinion.
Now on to the point! I myself am a fervent Rp-er, and I love the fact NW implemented a lore-tab in your journal! It has a lot of awesome information that can really help you shape your character in this universe. However, I'm also a perfectionist and a bit OCD by nature, thus any typos I see I cannot un-see :O
Also, currently the achievement tab is a bit wonky. When you have the checkbox for unearned achievements checked, you can't see the quest section for example. Also, there's no way we can view the slayer achievements, or the special 'Feats of Strength' - for lack of another name.
Of course, I'm as much human as any of you, and mistakes happen. I'll be posting the typos, broken achievements and malfunctioning quests I encounter in-game here so hopefully the devs can fix them super-easily!
If anyone wants to contribute to this, be it typos in certain quests (can be any language, though you'll have to be precise in your explanation since I don't master all the languages ^^), or further issues you've remarked regarding bugged achievements or faulty displays, etc, go ahead.
Please be very specific when stating a bug (i.e. name of quest, what part of the quest, etc)
To conclude and summarize: Post any bugs relating to typos in any medium of text or broken quests or achievements!

Text refers to the fallen Netherese city as both "Xinlenel" and "Xinlenal". I have no idea which one is correct, or if both are.

Doesn't grant the achievement upon completion

A lot of these crystals are un-selectable due to flawed clipping with terrain.
