rubber band strikes back

so the games been fine for a few days and now the rubber band is back, it started happening as soon as i joined a pvp match, is this a known issue with pvp? it has happened like this before (while joining pvp) also it has happened while joining a dungeon. i cant play the game when its like this and ive read up on the threads about these issues still i cant seem to do anything to fix it all i do is wait it out.

anyone else having these problems or know of any way to stop the rubber band? its really annoying.

    Just started today, been fine since I joined. Seems to be even worse in solo quests. You'd think it would be better.
