GWF: Crit or Power for leveling?

Has anyone tried stacking crit for leveling? I'm 35 right now with 1500 power. By the time my encounters are used up, I must spam sure strike at least 3 times before high hit point mobs go down.. or am I doing it wrong?

    I personally have found crit to be negligible in comparison to my base damage with a focus on power. Power seems to be the way to go for me and I've found a good balance with it for both PVE and PVP.

    ok thanks. Maybe leveling wouldn't be so bad if the cool down on our encounters were brought down a bit.. i don't know.

    I've never understood questions like this. You obviously want both, as they scale with each other. You don't stack one over the other, you get BOTH.

    It was a simple question. Some gear has one or the other. I was just wondering which was more important for leveling is all.
