Just Bought Founders Pack

Ya just bought the founders pack and i logged into my game and nothing is there i have my reciept from paypal and everything and it says completed transaction i was wandering howe long it takes to get on my account or did i get ripped off cause i mean it was only 60 bucks :( someone plz help :mad:

    There's a thread for this with a sticky at the top of the forum. With your amazing ability to construct coherent sentences, I can't imagine why you would have any issues with the Founder's Pack purchase and claiming process.

    There is a founder vendor in Neverwinter, far north on the left.
    Neverwinter Online Open Beta is an ongoing success

    You have to be do the intro quest and make it to Protector's Enclave, then go see Sgt. Knox, turn in the mission to him that you came into the city with. Head straight west to the Founder Vendor guy. See if he has a pack for you. If not, check your mail.

    Back on topic, shouldn't be a problem OP, I had the same issue and they resolved it immediately. However, in the last 2 weeks I've submitted 3 tickets on bugs and broken mechanics... zero reply

    Yeah I had a founders pack. HAD.. Someone somehow got ahold of my login information even though I did setup the account guard and low and behold.. he.. they do not account guard account changes. Who would have thought that. Anyway 60 hours and no response. Nothing but automated BS.
    I had to make this account since I cannot log in to my old account. I have of course no founders pack so I really hope, that you do not get the same Customer Service others and myself have received because well... there is none at this time it would seem. I think they all went on vacation.
