swashbuckling set vs 2/2 tier 2

To anyone who has the 4 piece swashbuckling set, does the 4 piece bonus stay on most of the time while you're hitting things? and do you think it's worth using over 2/2 tier 2?

    Swash has pretty much 100% uptime so yea.

    a set actaully works? Im impressed.
    it also doesnt stack to infinity and allow you to one shot? rogues were gimped I say!
    but really i am quite surprised to hear that a set bonus is actually working and it must be why so many people are trying to get it.

    Swashbuckling >>>>>>>>>>>>> Sinister Shade

    Swashbuckling has more recovery than Sinister Shade and it gives power.

    im sorry but where can we obrtain the swashbuckling set? i can only find the seal vendor for the master assassin

    Helmet - Drops in Spell plague Caverns
    Armor - Drops in Temple of The Spider
    Arms - Drops in Caverns of Karrundax
    Boots - Drops in The Frozen Heart
    Common sense is hard to come by around here it seems..

    Any of you guys know any info on the Reinforced armor? I have 4/4 and now there is a grey option for reinforced swash bracers.

    Just got my helm tonite.

    Have the chest.

    2 more pieces to go, hoping tomorrow is my day, then back to CN farming Dracolich for his daggers XD
