I am on the quest "The Undead and Dying", here is a screenshot:

How do I get to the "Blue Area"?

    Finish the previous objectives, and go up the hill, then the fence up there will open and let you cross that bridge.

    I have finished the previous objectives, yet the gate is still closed to go across the bridge.
