Terrible customer service, sorry to the devs

ticket submitted on the 1st of May, today is the 16th No word back as to where my 10 keys to unlock lockboxes vanished to. I traded 500k astrals or something for enough zen to get some keys to test out what was in the boxes, clicked 10pack of keys.. they vanished into thin air.

Kind of a warning I suppose to anyone expecting help with any issues over on the support.perfectworld.com site.

I was so excited to support this game too..

    Agreed I had my account stolen from me after I had spent real money on it, nothing 48 hours and nothing. You think Account stolen since there is some personal information in it would bring up a red flag.
    No not for me anyway. I agree very poor customer service.
    You would think with the number of games they have that issues like this would already have some kinda of expedited response. These automated messages are very annoying!
