Player character voice bug - Voice replaced by some sort of monster voice

Pretty much as the title says. Some other people have had the same issue, and other players can hear it from my character, so it isn't client side. It is incredibly annoying, and I can't find a fix for it.

    Okay, so I know this topic is a few days old, but I'd just like to report that I also got this bug. It is really annoying, hoping for a fix soon.

    It's your cape. Remove your cape and you're back to your normal voice.
