In regards to the... difficulties... of being one of the people NOT getting further AD bonuses.
1. This completely ruins my desire to play a game that can be so one sided with literally, and I mean literally, no customer support.
2. An in game currency, such as Astral Diamonds, that are so important to obtain, especially in a free to play environment, needs to be regulated and maintained correctly and in a fair manner for everyone who plays the game, both paying and non-paying players alike. This is not the case and frankly, I'd like to hear some official news on changes to this and definitely some ideas on compensation for those affected by this.
3. Bugs happen, and I think we all understand that. What is so frustrating, is the lack of care to not only handle these situations, but to right what has been wronged. If I had continued to play this game completely free of charge, I wouldn't be quite as frustrated. But, when I am willing to invest my money into this game and into your company, which is NOT required, I feel I should be treated fairly with everyone else. This is not the case...
I am not the only one dealing with this and it is not fair to see those abusing the bug getting massive quantities of the hard to obtain currency. I would like to see something done about this, soon, or a loyal customer will be lost.
Gotta pay the overhead, and when you lose customers, you can't quite do that very well.

Huh... I honestly thought it was still on for everyone.
In any event, it only doubles rough AD, which you can't get "massive" quantities of anyway. Dailies, Invocation, and Leadership don't produce that much even when doubled. And even then, you've got the 24K daily cap to make it useful. I've gotten far more AD in the last few days from selling stuff on the AH than I have from refining AD.

It makes a huge difference to those who don't play the AH.
This is a massive bug, but typical of what we can expect from this game (incompetence all round).
The daily limit isn't what I'm talking about. Eventually, you can catch your rough diamonds up to that limit and fall back into normal terms. My point is that for those still getting the double AD, that is such a huge advantage over the players who aren't getting it. Not everyone is able to invest enough time to farm epics to sell on the auction house, so dailies and leadership missions are the way to get ADs. This is an obvious issue and I feel like it's going to be swept under the rug. Those who got the extension will benefit greatly, while those who didn't are left to do who cares what. Compensation is needed...
The fact that my double AD time frame was from the regular start time until around 9:30 pm central time Sunday night, is in itself, a terrible disadvantage, not to mention the EXTRA 3 days so far people have received, and who knows how many more going forward. Just totally unfair... Not going to spend another cent on this game unless something is done and done properly.
Use the AH even just selling the gems i dont use from normal daily mob killing nets me more than the stupid rough diamonds. just in rank 3 gems(from merging the lv 1 and 2 that drop for me) i get around 3k~10k per gem and i merge at least 80 gems a day in a 4 hour farm and sell em cause i don't use those stats and need the bag space.
Sure, that's a great idea to get astral diamonds. But that's not my point, if you hold a "yay we did well in our open beta" double AD weekend, first of all, don't let it run short for some, and second, DEFINITELY don't let it run for an extra 3 days so far for others, that's completely unfair and unbalanced. Again, compensation should be thought about on this one...

Never going to happen. I would be surprised if the exploiters who made 1000 times as much as this are banned, so Cryptic are hardly going to bother about something like this.....
No, I have paid money into this game because I wanted to support it, and this is the thanks I get? I want this taken care of immediately!! I'm not going to just sit back and take it.

Right, the game is great and I think it is a great culmination of the greatest parts of other successful MMOs, but in any form, I did not flat out BUY Astral Diamonds, I did not START with 2,000,000 AD. I don't care how much you have paid into the game in comparison to me, what I care about is that I and technically purchasing a product, and getting less of a product than a lot of others. This is disgraceful.
I think the daily limit on rough AD is insulting 20k is half as much as you get for 3150 glory items sold on the AH. The fact that they want you to clear a whole dungeon, and one of the harder ones to boot, for 8k AD as a "bonus" to your daily is just straight up dumb. Dailies are pointless after 60 other than PvP cause it's so easy to do and part of farming AD anyway.
I have this bug on my alt and i have been reporting it since 3 days ago. Or trying, cause the "send ticket" thing doesnt work (really? great way to beta something, with no way to report the bugs...), finally i sent an email about that and i hope it get fixed soon. I suppose its easy to track and remove the xtra from the affected chars (it seems to not be account wide, but affect some chars, i still dunno wich ones or why).

If they are paying any kind of attention they have to know about it by now. I made a post in the moonstone mask section asking if it was a bug or some hidden buff on Monday. Tuesday I saw a post by someone else with the same issue. Responded there and made an in game bug report. Early this morning saw yet another person making a post about it and replied there as well. Now there are tons of posts about it.

I didnt saw any post but i usually only check general and cleric forums, i tryed to report ingame, but its not working, so i send an email. Im not really sure if they check forums at all :S.
Very glad to see that this is most likely going to be swept away as a "who cares" scenario... Great job taking care of your customers.
I'm... not trying to be snarky here, even though it's going to come off that way. They're not going to compensate the vast majority of the player base every time there's a bug, glitch, or exploit that benefits some people, and that's especially true of ones like this that only generate a few thousand AD. It's just not going to happen. If that's something that really, really bugs you, you should not play any MMO within the first month (at least) of release.
If your enjoyment of a game depends on whether or not other players "deserve" what they have, then online games in general may not be for you - but this is especially true when a game is new and at its most exploitable. Take a couple days off, chill out a bit. It happens. If this is the worst thing to happen to you all week, you've had a pretty good week.
That said, the problem is still in place. It does need to be fixed. And an update from a dev or community manager would really go a long way towards unruffling some feathers.

Where is it said that the event's been extended?
Both true but

Moradin's balls! Let it go already!!!!
Well, that explains why one of my friends got 2000 AD from a skirmish chest while everyone else got 1000.
Heck I intend to spend more money! I'm totally enjoying myself.

And they check the Forum, well the community mods and admins do. Than they relay the information to the Dev's.
