Question about the Heavy Inferno mount thing

I was just wondering if they require rank III training on top of getting the actual mount?

Is it even worth trying to go for if you cannot afford the training? I know special mounts dont require training, like the ones from the zen market, but how about this one?

    The Inferno Mount Requires both Mount Training II and Mount Training III. The Heavy Inferno does not it is already at +3. The Twilight Does not either it is at +3.

    If the mount is purple rarity, then it doesn't need training. Blue rarity requires Mount Training 3, and Green rarity requires both. Although whether green and blue rarity mounts actually need training is debateable unlike training Companions.
