not getting the astrall diamonds

I bought a few keys to open the nightmare lockbox and a got a few statues woth 40.000 astral diamonds in totall 4 now a few mins ago i excanged them for the diamonds guess what i got nothing good geuss help please admins

    nevermind i got them now was some kind of weird delay
