Mount Problem

Hi community,

I have a problem with my mount, i have the Heavy Inferno Nightmare,

This afternoon i used a Retraining Token, since i used it, i can't use my mount, it says : "You cannot use this power".

I would like to know how can i get my mount back...

    Ofc you can't you don't have anything on your profile that suggests you are working for PW.

    (but then again I think you probably are, you should get a title so people aren't in doubt).

    Try unequipping it and re-equipping it.

    If that doesn't work, try equipping a different horse, then try again.

    what happens if you try to equip a different mount?

    I can ride my Sabino Horse, but i still can't ride my Heavy Inferno Nightmare since i used this Retraining Token... "You cannot use this power..."

    I have the same issue. Dont expect a fast response, I have had a ticket open for about 9 days. Same Horse, same issue.

    Ya, but as I said, expect a long wait. I want them to unbind my mount so I can slot it to another character as It has been more than 20 levels (was 30, am 51 now) so i can put it on another character.

    Having a similar issue, the mount was working for me until today, now it wont summon the mount when I hit my mount key. My other mount works fine but the Heavy Inferno Nightmare mount does not work at all.

    Same is happening for me. All my other mounts work. I tried re-binding my mount button. I'm going to try re-install the game.
    I'll post back with results.

    Still no luck after re installing. A bug fix or help on the issue would be nice.

    My friend is having the same issue as well. Nearly the same.. Hes only level 24 had the drop for a while, but just recently equipped it. When he tries to use it, it says/does nothing. Not even "cant perform this task" or whatever. He's tried re-equipping it, and using alternate mounts then trying the Heavy nightmare inferno again. Please help him.

    i used 1 on level 22 and cant mount it. someone can help?

    from what i'm reading (untested) try selling it to a vendor, then re equpping it and mounting it. You can't sell it if you're curious, someone said it may unbug it. Another thing I have read is to try and slot it to your at wills, then put a point in that skill slot, or maybe even just try to use the skill slot, then re slot it to your 6 key and try it. Let me know my friend will be trying after work.
