10 days have passed, no reply on any ticket made by me or friends.
/sigh in the mean time silly stuff like afk pvp-ing is not punished at all.

When I turned 60, the rank 5 enchantment I got with the other "epic hero" stuff in the mail never showed up in my inventory after opening its container. It's a very minor issue, but I still filed a ticket because there was even a specialized GM help template for lost items that gave me some confidence. Of course there's no actual ingame correspondence and everything seems to end up in the same customer support bottleneck.

The cautionary tale of a sane person with a valid complaint. I wept when it ended in yet another template reply.
I hope his struggle is over now.

It is simply really pathetic how cryptic threats it's customers. People getting banned for stuff they didn't do, missing items that are never restored, threads being closed without answering the question just because gm's are too lazy to actually answer anything. It was like this on Champions Online but at first I hoped that was because they were working on neverwinter....seemed that guess was wrong they are just always like this.

I have the same issue with the disappearing enchantment at level 60...glad to know Ill never see it.
I also lost other things that never showed up from the auction house, I lost the items and the AD I paid for them, opened a ticket and 5 days later it was shown as resolved because they lost the ticket...I never got any of the items or AD.

I have had auctionhouse mail not have any attachments for about 8 days. I petitioned 3 times and finally they started showing up, but never got a response to my petition. the first one they closed and said my petition got lost. the second one, they gave a "we have received your petition" and closed it saying it was resolved (it wasn't). They havent responded to my 3rd one.

I also had mail with my name on it go to my husband - but it was something he bought from someone on the auction!

I've had a similar issue with the Auction House. Bought several things and they never showed up. Ticket put in, a few days later, ticket was Closed as Resolved... no items or AD refunded. /fail

Also had a ticket in for getting the wrong mount/horse. I bought the spotted one (forget the name) got the blonde one. Not what I wanted. Ticket was closed as resolved, still have the same horse.

They called it Beta so I was willing to let them fix the oddities without complaint; but they didn't even try. Just brushed me off.

I too had an issue with the auction house, the item was successfully sold but no AD was in the retrieve item section.

Its been four days since i submitted the ticket, and i cannot even access their support section on the website.

Lol... seems that you never get "real" support on mail/ticket/phone and you can't complain on forum as well because it's restricted... paragraph 22? :)

That's why I don't give money to MMO companies anymore. They're greedy and could care less about their customer base. They see them as a bunch of whiny little *****es. They don't look at you the same as any other company would view a client. You should probably get used to it. I'm playing for free and enjoying it. Once I get sick of it, I'm moving on.

So basically what we have here is a "Support" system that actually redirects the information to a bit bucket and sends a random response back to the individual consisting of "Resolved", "lost your ticket and resolved" or no reply at all. and no matter what nothing happens?

When there are a lot of tickets in the queue they "accidentally" lose the tickets and ask you to remake the ticket, which ultimately a lot of people can't be bothered with, first grade scam.

Same here I deleted an auction house mail with an item on accident and sent a ticket. Two days later my ticket was deleted.. Great customer service!
