Apparently my mount is bugged out. I have mentioned this in the bug section, and it has been summarily ignored by PWE (No Respons). I am just curious as to whether or not anyone can give me suggestions to fix this issue. My Nightmare mount can no longer be ridden, whenever I try it says "You cannot use this power". Whether I am in town or anywhere else. I bought a crappy 5 gold mount to see if this would work, which it did. So, any ideas? Is this a gameplay issue, do I need too upgrade an unmentioned ride skill?

There are no ride skills, but you might want to check and see if it has a different minumum level requirement then the lower quality mounts.
ticket has been open for a little under a week now
your ticket has been recieved and is under review. please allow us 2-3 months to responds as we are currently busy counting the benjamins.

known better than to trust ANYTHING put out by PWE
as far as customer support go's.
Bug tickets get automatically passed along to Q&A for reproduction and testing, GM tickets get responses but they may have a large backlog due to the game only just launching.

I get they are backlogged, but this has been an issue for me since launch. I spent money to get this mount, forgive me if I feel a tad entitled. I dont wish to sound like a jerk but I noticed that ZEN related issues get responded to at a snap of a finger. I havent even got a mods response on this...

As I pointed out in your other thread, ZEN issues are handled by the sales team, ingame issues are handled by a dedicated team to the game.
As with all things computer code in origin, they must first get the bug to happen so that they can find a solution. Code that's working properly for them cannot be fixed, since it's not broken. In order to find out what's broken, they have to be able to reproduce the bug. It would be nice to hear "we're working on it" however.
Reading comprehension is essential in a medium that requires reading for communication.

I understand what you are saying, but people have a right to be mad if they buy a product that doesn't work, and it takes the company weeks to address the issue. You don't get a lot of repeating customers that way.
So is this for a mount you got from a treasure box or did you buy from the auction house?
You might want to make sure support knows where you got it from.
I am going to guess you bought it from the auction house or another player....and if that is the case then the issue is a bound item issue and also if it is the case you might want to make sure support knows that extra bit of information as well....since it is something that could effect their entire data base of items.
But if you simply got it from treasure box....again make sure you tell them....because then it sounds like for whatever reason the game lost its data information on your character.

This is mount from the nightmare boxes. it worked fine! It stopped working in neverdeath and I dont know why. It was completely random.

I am also unable to use my Nightmare Mount, I received it from a Box as well. I have submitted a ticket and hope they can help me out. I will post when I receive more info :-)

Just to question, have you tried removing the mount from the mount slot and placing it back into the mount slot? iirc you can pull the mount off of the mount slot and put it back into inventory. Also, you didn't accidental rebind the key for the mount either did you? Personally I bound my mount to mouse 4 for convenience as it's easier to hit than 6.
It appears to be a general mount bug, not necessarily the Nightmare. I have a regular 5g horse that just stopped working in the exact same manner (was perfectly fine from 20-26, now it's 'You cannot use this power'). Unequipping, relogging, etc. does not help.
Not that it should make you feel any better since you paid real cash for yours but just FYI.
