Foundry Publishing Question

When I publish my Foundry, will it be automatically added to the "Review" Category or "New"?
Or do I have to push the "Submit to Cryptic" for me to see my creations in game with my friends to play with?
If not, how long does it usually takes? Will it be auto-updated during the "Foundry Update" schedule from the event calendar?
This makes me confused as Its already 2 weeks since Ive not seen my Foundry Entry from the Catalog.

I received in game mail from the system that the Project was successfully published, however I still cant find it from the Catalog.
