Why the **** would you kick a person for not having any grear

    Because you're just about as good as someone not even being there in the first place?

    At least, I'm sure that's what they thought. That, or they just kicked their entire party to go AFK, and by losing, they're actually winning.

    Can't come up with a good answer or reason to that. I've played with many people that were not as geared as myself, and managed to pull a victory out. However, when someone on your team, or more then one has greens on the team, everyone, at least it's what I think, automatically thinks your team loses, in most cases your team actually does lose, because people assume the other team is fully geared right away. So, why play with a team who's only going to slow down your loss, and make the gamer drag on longer.

    Well you can't gear up or otherwise you are expected to buy gear?

    lol the age old catch 22

    Can't run because you haven't got the gear.
    Can't get the gear cause you can't run.

    People like that are bad at the game and need people who are either more skilled or better geared to carry them.
