AH - Bids completely broken?

So I was high bidder.. auction ends and then goes into negatives?

Has anyone won anything through a bid?

    Yes I've won plenty of items on bids. However there is usually a delay between when the auction "Ends" and when you receive your winnings. As for the auctions that go negative in time, I've seen these stay on the AH for a long time but new bids are not allowed. Not sure what triggers that state.

    I was outbid at -12 minutes, I didn't know whether I should bid again since it's negative.

    I placed a bid on an item and when I checked if I was still winning I saw that a number of my bids were higher that I had placed. Specifically, I was bidding on a Jeweled Idol. I manually entered my bid at 38000 but when I checked the bid was over 40000.
