I think what he or she meant to say is: How did you get to 60 and have 9k GS and not know how to play a CW?

It's not hard. Get PvP gear and you are about 800 shy of 9K. My CW has 8200 GS and I haven't entered one epic dungeon.

Eh, leveling is fast, and last i looked even moderately powerful gear was cheap on the AH. You could buy several set pieces that would easily put you over 9000 without spending money. Dailies add up in AD, not to mention other means. PvP gear makes that even easier, but i wouldn't pretend PvP gear is as good as Tier gear.

I would say that if you don't really know what you should be doing, you don't really have a reason to be in T2 dungeons. Start slower, run the T1 dungeons until you get the grasp, and don't go in trying to top the meters, go in learning how to manage adds. Start with Cloak Tower, then Crypts, and work your way up. Do each one until you could do it in your sleep, I know you don't need any gear that drops there, but that's not the point. You said you don't know what you should be doing, running those will help. Especially if you run Mad Dragon in a pug and don't die, let anyone else die, finish with ease, then you will know you know what you are doing.
