I know there is PvP, Skirmishes, dungeons for parties. But is there anything for solo players? Like just waltz into a castle, bash a few mobs, (maybe a boss or two) then quit? For those days you just wanna solo a bit and log off.
My main will eventually hit 60, and all I see is party content? Is that it?
Yea foundry stuff is basically it, which is not to say there isn't much (there's a ton).

Foundry rewards aren't that hot. Also, I miss the random explorations and looting of kits, chests and whatnot which so far, I haven't found in the Foundry (bad pun)
Maybe I've been playing the wrong quests?

Nope foundry authors cant place treasure chests (other than the final reward one) we cant place profession nodes or anything like that. So either play them for the enjoyment of if you are just trying to farm, go out to the level 60 area and kill mass mobs/farm prof nodes is about all you got.

There is plenty to keep you busy at 60, but there is something you need to ask your self, Why do you play MMO's if you just want to be solo all the time. Not flaming you, its just a thought.
because I lack friends who play the same games as me, so I am too use to solo play mentality. When I'm on queue raids I'm fine, but when I play my wizard we never get clerics and I don't have the gear to play in any of the epics. Also this is my first actual mmo.

Well if all you're interested in is are rewards, you should be happy to hear all the endgame loot is BOE so you just need to get out there and farm those ADs to buy it all off the AH (if you don't want to do the group content) :P

What are some of these "mucho" things?
I kind of agree with the poster who also said he'd like more solo content. This isn't the first MMO I've played (by far!) but I agree with all his other points.
To reply to the poster who asked - I usually enjoy grouping, but sometimes I just want to solo for fun.

Which entirely worthy of ridicule.
Allow me to shock and amaze you girls and boys, allow me to exemplify a feat of conceptual game development as yet unheard of in this game. Watch as I pull an idea out of thin air on a moment’s notice and set forth a thought so revolutionary, so elegant that the mystics of old will murmur in their digital graves. They will whisper the ancient curse on those who missed the idea, the age-old oath of coders wrath…”slackers”.
When placing chests or nodes in a dungeon allow a budget of loot. Place a lot of chests for less loot in each or leave the final one for max pay-out right there. Same thing with craft nodes. You don’t get to choose which nodes they are, and they are randomized when the mission is loaded up, but there is a budget for the nodes. More nodes equal less from each node. Reference the budget system already in place for maps.
foundries seem tougher that normal game stuff at 60, not sure why

Half of the Whispering Caverns, the current last leveling area. Once you beat the first part you should already be 60. You can finish it to follow the plot.
Characters: - Titania Silverblade, the Iron Rose of Myth Drannor (Lvl 60 GWF, Destroyer) - Gwyneth, the Cowardly Cat Burglar Drowling (Lvl 60 TR, Saboteur) - Lady Rowanne Firehair, Heartwarder of Sune (Lvl 33 DC) - Satella, Sensate (LvL 44 CW, Renegade, Non-Active)

I will differ with that comment and say there's nothing to keep you busy at 60, in fact, this is the breakpoint level where most people are leaving this game now since there's nothing at all to do at 60.
Other than wait hours on queues, other than repeat the same god **** nightmarish foundry where you fight hellish fights almost every fight, other than... wait that's right there's nothing at all. Oh! You can do nightmarish dungeons with other players and discover you've wasted an hour an hour and a half just to fail at the end or worse someone left because someone dared needing on an enchant (zomg!).
Once reach level 60, you're doomed and will prolly quit this game soon after.

Myself and everyone I know who is playing is sixty most of us a couple of sixties...no intention of leaving still having fun.

I have never, ever joined an MMO with the thought: "I can't wait to team up with others and enjoy the grouping game." MMOs offer persistent, living worlds that single player games do not. I was attracted to this game because it is actually possible to acquire BIS gear without forced grouping.

The foundry offers the potential for the most end game content of any MMO. Play them for the story, not gear. Who cares about gear when solo? that's just for the ego

Rather silly statement. Who cares about gear when grouped? Just for the ego. Oh wait, you say, better gear helps accomplish tasks faster with less resource-drain! Imagine that, it does the same thing when solo...

Why would they be? Its a solo content. It obviously won't reward you epic gear.

For kit's and lower level enchants, you could go into the physical entrances of many of the lower level dungeons, you can waffle stomp the content, though the boss battles may give you a challenge.
that's not really 'content' but it does scratch the looting of kits itch, a bit.
