Gateway Auction House Items not Received

I was logged in last night and wanted to purchase a few items through the AH. I used the gateway because it generally is easier to use than the in game AH. I spent approximately 50k AD. As of this morning I still have not received the items I purchased though the AD were deducted from my account.

I submitted a ticket on the issue and have not heard back on it.

    The AH still need a lot of work. You still can't sort things (every sort option randomly sorts instead of sorting properly by time left, price, etc). I'm also still hoping that they add an option to sort by buyout price. I still can't click on "Bags" in the in-game AH and find Bags. It just shows me a list of everything that is currently up for bid. Hope that this becomes a priority for them to fix.

    ive gotten to where i won things in the auction which led to about a hr+ till i received it in my mailbox. should be at least a few minutes after you won something you would expect. hopefully they will clear this up sometime soon. bad enough your bidding on some items for days, led alone this on top of it. but im sure they will look through your ticket, & god i hope so i wouldnt want to lose 50k of ad's.

    heck i hope they make it where i can sort out lvled gear/weapons, then digging through low lvl 10-20 stuff and still come up empty handed.as it seems only possible way to is type in the gear, & hopefully you get the best on what your looking for.as how are you to know a good amount of gear there is, as there is quite abit of gear/weapons. and alot of them i was unaware of, few i fell on.

    been about 24 hours, still no items. I tried to check my support ticket but the support web page won't even load.

    get this error:
    This webpage has a redirect loop
    and
    The page isn't redirecting properly


    Ugh

    2 weeks later, No Update.

    Then an update saying to check the courier.

    Then I replied yet again, but this time they reimbursed me for the 50k lost diamonds.

    Took a while but they finally addressed the issue at least.

    Still doesn't appear to be working. I bought some things through AH and I don't see them in my inventory, even though the AD's are gone. Anyone else having this issue?

    Okay, I found it...you can't claim items offline. You actually have to sign in to get anything you bought off of AH. So if you plan to do a bunch of profession tasks and you need consumables, plan ahead in game so you have them when you use them out of game.

    I wonder if this "being offline" is applicable to prof. training as well. This night's Rough Shards went out for me on the window (6chars, thousands of shards). The other hand no, my acc was logged in the backround on the char selection screen. Maybe thats not enough.
    But then gateway is useless, I might just log over on all chars and get the rewards manually.
