Cryptic Error Tracker! WTH!!!

I was playing a pvp run with enough difficulties, i was having myself some rubberbanding problems but the most of the people inside the opposite team was refusing to come outside and fight because of the lag. Was just ended the pvp match when my game crashed and a small pop-up window came out asking me for error details. I filled in some words and hit enter. Was still there with another error inside the error (LOL!!!) and with a cooldown time of 3 hours 20 mins!! WTF!!! You must be kidding me!
So i left it run for a while and went to do some RL stuff, thinking will run out till i come back but after a while it was still there and i decided to cancel it and re-launch the game.
First the launcher refused to autenticate me, then another pop-up window shows up telling me there was an error that crashed my game (no kidding!) and i must verify the files. Bummer!
I hit ok, and now the launcher sais "Patching" but after 15 mins no progress on the bar at all.
What's up with that? and what should i do now?
Man............I'm less and less attracted to log in and play with all the bugs lately.
