Missing Quests

I have noticed that the "Changing History" quest, required for completing the Neverdeath Maps II achievement, thus granting the title, is missing. There is a very similarly named "Correcting History" quest available, but that does not count toward anything. I'm not sure if the quest is genuinely missing, or if there was a naming mistake but I have spoken to every NPC in that zone that you are able to speak to, and none of them offer this quest. I have otherwise completed everything there is to do in that area.

    I have noticed a similar problem with Ebon Downs. Again I've done every quest (including the Dungeon, Skirmish and Half-Orc race quest) But am unable to gain the completion achievement and associated title because I have apparently not completed "The Barrow Lords" quest.
