Okey so here is the thing.

Im experiencing heavy lagg when in dungeons and during combat in said dungeons.
Fps drop from 40-50 to 2-5 during fights for some reason.

I got the latest drivers and everything else is updated.

Any ideas?

Could be a number of things from ISP, to Internet Routing to your computer to any myriad of things.

    It's not a network lag. It's a graphic lag.

Well as stated in op it's a fps drop. Goes from stable 40-50 fps down to 2-5 fps during some fights in dungeons.
My ping/ms is at stable 150 so it's a graphical lag. Got nothing to do with my internet.

That only narrows it down to something with your computer then. I would suggest posting in Tech Support with a full dxdiag and see if someone can help you out.

Mine started doing the same thing 2 days ago. I was fine for the first week, no lag in dungeons. These last two days though it gets so bad that I cant even move my character and I feel bad for even joining. I dare not go on runs with my Guild because I'm afraid it will happen then.

Your video card should be plenty good enough to handle this game. Your processor is also far above specs for this game, and your will never max out that much Memory from just this one application.

My suggestion is to bring up Resource Monitor and check to see if your I/O is capping out. You might also look into getting GeForce Experience, and letting it update your video drivers.

Drivers are auto detected and updated through nvidias site so the lates driver is installed. No spikes in the I/O.

Can't understand what's happening. Im running BF3 on ultra settings with no lag at all so it's not a hardware failure of some kind...

Game optimization may not be complete so comparing it to other games is pointless. Defrag harddrive, disk clean, try a fresh install.

Are you playing Neverwinter with mumble? I remember reading that Mumble was causing issues. This is why we need all of the details to be able to help you.
