Team fights: team with least amount of afks or premade = WIN.
1 v 1 fights: (this is the fun part)
CW: Dominates ALL (CC, ENFEEBLE, CC, ENFEEBLE, CC, ENFEEBLE, LAUGHS AT YOU)
GWF: BAM, KNOCK DOWN, BAM, KNOCK DOWN (OH **** MY HP IS LOW! RUN AWAY SUPER WARP SPEED!)
GF: LUNGE take your health down 30%, block block block, STUN! (POINTS AT **** RUNNING FROM HIM AND LAUGHS!)
CLERIC: SUPER SHIELD! damage damage damage. HEAL HEAL HEAL! (Can't kill me sucker!)
Rogue: stealth.... DAZE! (WTF HOW THE FK IS HE RUNNING SO FAST WHILE DAZED!? STUPID ****TY CC!) stealth.... sees enemy at low health (BAM! 70k damage to a target with 5% HP LEFT! I JUST STOLE YOUR KILL SUCKER!) OMG OMG OMG HE'S OP! HE JUST DID 70K DAMAGE!
CW > GF CLERIC > GWF > ROGUE > anybody with under 25% HP
Oh yeah, how do you guys like that people can leave the pvp domination, but still able to queue up again right after leaving, but not get teleported into the pvp domination AND leaving the new team down a man. ESPECIALLY because idiots don't know how to use the kick from party function. Or... how about the afkers? I wonder who was the smart *** to not make it so people who are inactive at camp for more than 30 seconds get a 2 hour ban?
The most broken thing about pvp domination:
If you are in the first 5 levels of the grouping, for example, level 40 to 44, your stats will scale UP to what it would be at level 49 with TOP gears. If you are level 45 to 48, your stats don't scale up at all! It stays exactly the same. Soooo, don't even bother pvping when you're level 45 to 48, you'll just think everyone else is overpowered.
Oh yeah.... all you low levels crying about rogues are OP.... well go play a rogue, waste your time getting it to 60, and then cry how weak you are, then reroll to any other class and win. The ONLY thing ROGUES are good at in pvp at level 60 is to STEAL KILLs.

I guess they should have named this game neverwiner online.
every thread on these forums are nothing but constant wine and nerf threads.
I've played since beta 2 and have had a blast so far.
I think the devs have done a good job and am looking forward to more fun in the future.
just ban all the winers and nerftards then everyone else can have more fun.

Yeah, pretty much agree with this; I think the game is pretty balanced, but to me rogues don't seem particularly OP. All classes are good in their own way but I would put GF at the top- among other things it always seems to take three people to take one down.
The scaling thing is amusing too. I feel so OP at level x1-3 and by x8 I have become so weak- that would be particularly bad for rogues since the class mechanic is basically to do high single target damage. At least CW can lay down ranged cc even if damage is low.
One thing is I don't think CW dominates all- good GWF and GF seem pretty amazing one on one- but I still have a lot to learn I guess.
And naw Not everyone in game goes on the forums. It's just the very passionate people and the people who generally like to discuss things or get involved in the community.
I know it's hard to do OP but sometimes the problems lies within ourselves. I Agree with the stat scaling but other then that it's about team play and timing.
I'll give some neat tips i've learnt for TR so far up to lvl 49.
Jumping. Is underated in this game. It's actaully such a good thing to learn how and when to jump around. It also masks your Unstealthed Dazing strike.
Use Line of sight vs CWs/Ranged. On all teh maps there are little nooks and crannys you get jump into to avoid getting shot at. You can also force the Bloodthirsty enemies to come chase you - removing them from their Pillars.
Learn others rotations. You already know what you will be doing. So try and predict what they are guna do. You gotta bait them a bit in stealth. Make them waste dodges. Also if i see a CW use grasp on someone else I instantly go for that CW. I know they won't be able to CC me and they prob will run but at least you scare them off from DPSing your team down.
Tactical Retreats are the best thing to do. If you know you are losing. Just fall back.
Vs GF - you know they are guna open with lunge or w/e so you use that against them. If you are being chased run away then suddenly roll into their lunge. Or just stop and cast Dazing strike. By the time they are on you the dazing strike will usually silence cancel their attack. Then its a case of duelist flurry constantly. with dazing strike on every cd. Also you know after a few quick hits they are guna follow up with a Big hit. so After you see them do something quick just do a dodge behind. 8/10 times you avoid some heavy hits.
Vs clerics make sure you roll through the red chain circle. It removes it from the ground. After that it's literally just a case of scaring him around and just dont waste skills. Start off with throwing daggers so that when you are chasing with your encounters your daggers are refilling. Then when you have 12 again use them all up. you want to keep them moving whilst your daggers are recovering.
I hope it helps. Another thing is to play the other class and find weaknesses.
Although I will admit the Range of CW's is extremely long. Which my be a problem at end level. And they have 3 dodges. Which is a bit extreme but needed.
I think in pvp their grasp needs to be broken when hit by another player. It would reduce the amount of death grips that occur.
Although for TR's a CW is his best friend.
The Best PVP Guild on Dragon/Neverwinter: YoloOldSkoolSwagLoveNeverGingersLuvDupStep even if it's just one of us, you might as well just afk.
Only serious PvP balance issues are undying cleric duo and control wizards alpha striking you to oblivion. Hard to understand that ranged class should also have one of the heaviest hitting attacks. Otherwise seems quite solid IMO.
Rogue should hit like ton of bricks as the are mainly melee without crazy speed buffs. GWF seems quite balanced for me (my main class), speed is great and hits quite hard. Clerics are in line when not more than one, and GF seems bit weak overall, but could be that I just rarely see god ones. Only serious issue IMO is CW hitting so hard while being ranged and having best control capability. At least cleric duo can be avoided. CW duo just kill you instantly, and you can not even run away from them as they just root you in place.
But could be much worse balance wise, so not complaining too much. I really enjoy PvP in this game when both teams decide to actually play. Which happens more often than not at lv60 anyway.
I agree with tenkuro, people judge TR like they are OP, while it is far from it, IN PVP. No stuns almost, no CC, just dps which you need to land, but you can't pretty much, because you get controlled most of the time. Some silly ****
Your post is laughable, but seeing what you're capable of I really shouldn't be surprised.
So you want to start throwing around your weight, eh?
Let's start off by saying that you shouldn't be talking about 1v1s because battles in Domination mode are not about 1v1s but strictly about accruing points before the other team reaches 1,000. So by default, you should be talking about how the classes work in tandem not how each individual performs. But man, the rage... it's delicious.
And why is your post 50 analysis even talking about lower levels? You should at least be consistent and talk about how 55-59 scales before talking about the lower levels so you can compare and contrast.
But really, you think that all rogues do is steal kills at 60? You're pretty laughable. As a CW I -need- at least one rogue on my team and I -need- a GF/Cleric at the very least if I want to ensure that my chances of winning are high. Do you not understand how much more damage a rogue deals in comparison to say a CW?
As a CW all I need to do is to CC a target and that target is dead, then I can burn my CoI Double Enfeeble and Ice Knife on another target instead of targeting the thing I CC'ed . It makes snowballing the advantage much quicker than two CWs who have to stay somewhat immobile to throw down their entire combination especially if there is an enemy cleric or an enemy GF involved.
You also have no idea about smoke cloud and how it effectively acts as area denial which is important alternative to countering the cleric right?
Why don't you L2P and figure out how group compositions work. Better yet, join a guild that can somehow take the current pvp seriously and you'll see a lot of combinations involving diverse class picks work out even against skilled teams.
But you know what... knowing you, I don't think you ever will.

I play a GF and find it pretty OP in pvp, If I use my blocks perfectly I can stopp all CC while keeping it above 80%, which is great for hitting like a truck. As someone said, jumping is usefull, as most people are very twitch oriented and will pop their block/dodge when they see an enemy do something unusual. Also, memorise every classes' animations so you know exactly what abilities they are using so you can counter them. Although I'm pretty tanky I can be destroyed by a good rogue, so I don't really feel they are UP atm, they just take more skill than before, and rather then learn the game people want devs to change stuff to how it suits them. In my opinion when someone can't counter something they cry OP, untill I learnt the other classes abilities I was thinking, **** that's op, when a mage cc'd me and their team ****ed me up, or if a rogue one shots me, or if a GWF takes more of a beating then me. Another tip is if the opposition has good clerics, take a knockback ability, hit them out of the circle then focus them down and the circle is gone allowing you to kill the rest of the enemy.

Oh and I would seriously recommend trying to find a guild to PvP with, so much more fun and having communications and strategies makes the PvP work a lot better.

Blah blah blah, wtf did you say? You're too stupid to realize that the scaling thing happens every 10 levels? 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60. I clearly pointed out how to win in TEAM PVP and 1 v 1. You don't even play Rogue.... try playing one then talk? I HAVE every class to 60. You're a CW. You're going to get nerfed, get over it. The devs already stated in an interview that CW are a bit too unbalanced atm so GET OVER IT.

all you are is a whiner.
Looking at my lvl 60 characters (sure i mostly play my CW, but that doesnt affect my opinion.. especially as your order of strenght is just made of inexperience and rage because you apparently keep losing.
Devs stated CW is unbalanced.. you relate unbalanced to overpowered? you clearly have no clue wtf you are talking about.
Rogues are the weakest according to you. Guess your rogue is different then other peoples rogue'sd because most of them actually have the survivabilty and not mentioning the damage thats 10 times higher then any other class ever could reach even if they had double damage.
also.. come on.. discuss 1v1 in a newly released game that ONLY has domintion as PvP... maybe there is a reason there is only domination? owyeah, because it makes sure you have less ******bags that think going 1v1 and fully for kills is the way to go.
