dont know what its called, the sparkly one. last night when i first got to play(hurrah 
) on the beach it would only be there part of the time, relogged and retried talking to the guy, tried all the options untill clicking one of the dialogue options made it work and the chests interactive. so it gave me the quest only partially. no problem after that.
played for a bit more, did the crown job came out and finished for the night.logged on this morning for a few mins, accepted the quest for resupplying the tavern, its gone again? i was careful to click the answers right this time too.
also the tavern i am supposed to go to doesnt show on the map? is that because i havent been near it yet?
