Two Minute Lockout for Dismount?

I get the need to make money for things but not being able to use any skills for two minutes with a normal mount on higher lvl zones is absolutely ridiculous. Seriously wtf...

    I am not sure what you are talking about?

    I have never encountered anything such as you're describing?

    I think he's talking about a bug that happened to me once... I got off my horse, and every skill on my bar (at wills, encounters, and dailies) all got put on the same countdown timer as my prayer lockout thing (The ctrl+I function). At least that is what I assumed happened, perhaps the prayer lockout thing was also simply set to two or three minutes (can't recall exact time), but I was under the impression that my skills were simply put on the same timer vs everything including the ctrl+I timer being set to a particular time.

    It was fixed when I re-logged
