Is everyone that plays this game a casual gamer?

I cannot find any hardcore players to do T2 dungeons with, if there are any out there on the Dragon server that want to constantly run dungeons, send me a whisper in-game or leave me a pm here. If you are good we can form a permanent team too. I have a cleric that I play with who is also extremely good.

    Feel free to go to the Guild Recruitment section and find one that fits your needs

    There are filters for Hardcore guilds and Elite content in the Guild Finding window. Try to find a guild that has included both. Also feel free to direct folks toward the NWO-Epics channel. It is a cross-shard channel so you have to specify your shard till the shard merging takes place.

    I have tried this, most listed "guilds" do not even have members that are able to do T2 dungeons. I find that system to be a total waste of time as I joined and left multiple guilds because they did not appeal to me. I find that most casuals spend their time either grinding with their own team or reading up on forums. This is my best bet for finding someone that is somewhat competent.
