Before you even ask, yes I have spent 100$ just on the shop, now I can understand that these guys want to make moolah...we all do.
But when I look at the patch notes, I just about **** myself at how sickly it looked.
And to make matters even worse, we already had this argument about companion tank messing with the GFs head, now we get another one to add to the mix, and a **** dye pack??? really? no really?

I think at this time we could have used ANYTHING in the shop as opposed to these things you threw in.
You fix 2 exploits? cool, but you have had ample time(and complaints) to get some of these bigger issues out of the way.
I for one am not very happy about problems being shoved under the rug, then getting more HAMSTER shop thrown at us.
In all honesty, I love this game, but your methods of madness irk my every pressure point.

/end rant

In before "it's beta, dude"
In before "then just leave"

Two entirely different teams. One fixes bugs, the other makes content.

Also, if I had to make a guess, NW has MONTHS of Zen Store Updates already in the buffer. Stuff that's all done, just ready for someone to push the big giant LAUNCH! button on.

Foolish or not people look at the patch notes and that is what they see. That is what I see, too. Here I was ready to spend money on this game and thought better of it.

k, so if all this stuff is pre-made....then what the hell are they doing?
they could be used for brainstorming and such(considering they are not techies).
sitting around drinking coffee is hardly ample use of time.

Fixing bugs is a time consuming practice. It is not as easy as people think. First they need to find the piece of code that is causing the problem, then they need to make sure the fix doesn't cause a serious problem. For example, fixing a problem with some exploit could cause people to be unable to leave Protector's Enclave.

They are making it *appear* as if they are actually doing things to earn our money. Add things slowly to cash shop "see we're working hard". Scam 101.

Two different departments with two different mandates.

If your car is in at the dealership do you believe getting mad at the sales department for having a sale over the weekend is going to make your mechanic work faster?
