Founder pack claim

Hello

If you claim your founder pack items on say all the guys you have. Then delete all your guys and start playing 5 new guys from level 0 up. Are you able to get a new spider,dyes and the rest for the new 5 guys?

    Yes spider, yes dyes, yes robes and weapon and that sort of stuff.

    No on diamonds; if you deleted a character with diamonds, those diamonds are GONE. Forever. Customer Support will not be able to get them back for you. The only way to keep them is put them all on one character before you delete, and don't delete him until you transfer them off; or, alternately, put them in the Exchange for a price nobody will pay, cancel the sale, and then delete your toons without withdrawing them from the Exchange.

    Oh, and there are a few items (the consumables, basically) that are one-time items; the ones you could only get on one of your first characters are expended on that character.
