Yes, we all know this, however I am having a TON of fun playing. I can honestly say it's the first game I have played in a while that actually has me looking forward to getting from work and playing.
My only real problem so far, is the lack of official responses to some genuine concerns/issues within the game. A little more communication would go a long way.
I think the communication is a problem with alot of games. Alot of games that arent inde deved at least. Monaco, PoE, Minecraft....games like these, with small developers and small teams usually get updates once a week or more...and its kinda spoiled gamers.
Glannigan casts "Protection from Fire" on clansman2013
Protection From Fire (Abjuration)
Level: 3 Components: V, S, M Range: Touch Casting Time: 5 segments Duration: Special Saving Throw: None Area of Effect: Creature touched
Explanation/Description: The effect of a Protection From Fire spell differs according to the recipient of the magic - the druid or some other creature. If the spell is cast upon the druid, it confers complete invulnerability to normal fires (torches, bonfires, oil fires, and the like) and to exposure to magical fires such as demon fire, burning hands, fiery dragon breath, Fireball, Fire Seeds, Fire Storm, Flame Strike, hell hound breath, Meteor Swarm, pyrohydra breath, etc. until an accumulation of 12 hit points of potential damage per level of experience of the druid has been absorbed by the Protection From Fire spell, at which time the spell is negated. Otherwise the spell lasts for 1 turn per level of experience of the druid. If the spell is cast upon another creature, it gives invulnerability to normal fire, gives a bonus of +4 on saving throw die rolls made versus fire attacks, and reduces damage sustained from magical fires by 50%.

Except that if you've kept up with the patch notes, you'll see their addressing concerns.
And right now, game-breaking bugs, exploits and overall stability have to be the concern. Replying to "Oooh, this game sucks/is broke/flawed" threads aren't a priority. Nor is replying to all the "rogues need a buff" threads following the "rogues need to be nerfed" threads.
Just because you THINK something in as an issue, doesn't make it one, regardless of how many threads are being posted.

Oh I agree and don't get me wrong, fixing network/stability issues is for sure a priority and I get that. However, I'm sure their Customer Care team is separate from their development team and I think just seeing a few more official responses around here would solve a lot of concerns about them not caring about the customers.

Sorry this is 4th edition we don't have stuff like that any more.
On this topic - if any community types are reading this: When do we get our first "Ask Cryptic" for Neverwinter?
"Participation in PVP-related activities is so low on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis that we could in fact just completely take it out of STO and it would not impact the overall number of people [who] log in to the game and play in any significant way." -Gozer, Cryptic PvP Dev
The fact that lazerglovez is getting warning for something that is not against the rules is pretty lame, this game is flawed in the way of customer support and the corruption with in, it smells of rot.

the game IS flawed, most notably the report spam function, and the inactive mods and GMs that dont help people who deserve it.
+1 post above, didnt even see this before posting
I suppose this will get closed too just because I posted here. Were playing this game to kill corruption, and yet it spreads unhindered in even the most sacred areas as the community moderators.
WTB more buff spells, utility spells, buff potions, utility potions, and magic wand clickies, plz.
Oh god yes. And random scrolls with random spells on them! And for the love of all that's unholy, various types of Rods. I'd even enjoy a Rod of Wonder... What was that Rod that a fighter could use that was basically an insane 'swiss army knife'? It had all sorts of functions...
And most of all, a Ring of Feather Falling. I don't miss much from TSW but I do miss the lack of falling damage.

You'd think they would have the servers stabilized prior to taking money in the Zen shop hmm? The again, the phrase "open beta" cures all

Oh it does, and from a developers point of view, it's also very clever when you think about it.
