Missing Zen

On May 9th I bought 2000 Zen, my account shows that I have the zen, yet when I go into the game to buy anything it says that I own none. How am I suppose to be able to use them in game?

    Have you charged your Zen? Zen purchases are on your Perfect World Account, and require you to "charge" it to Neverwinter through the charge zen option
